Organisational Climate Survey
The objective of the organisational climate survey is to assess the current levels of motivation and morale amongst staff and to provide guidelines as to strategies that can be adopted to improve the performance of employees.
Surveys usually consist of both quantitative and qualitative methods. The qualititaive phase of the survey collects data using questionnaires. This is followed by a qualitative survey conducted via interviews and focus groups that will explore in greater depth the reasons behind some of the key findings.

Organisational Culture Survey
The culture of the organisation, if it is positive and helpful, can motivate staff or at least prevent them from becoming dissatisfied. A comprehensive culture survey can measure the extent to which employees identify with the various elements of the organisation's culture.

Organisational Wellness Survey
This survey measures current levels of wellness in terms of stress, nutrition and health and measures the impact on absenteeism and productivity.
